PARTS AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Before returning any product, contact Airsports Australia Pty Ltd for a Return Approval Agreement and return shipping instructions.
Merchandise that cannot be returned include parts or equipment that since delivery have been used, damaged, marked, scratched or broken also including oil, paint, life vests, hazardous material, books, videos, software, food, engine parts, clothing, cleaning liquid, equipment with a time life, cut material and special order parts.
Eligible merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days from date of shipment only if all of the following conditions are met. For a credit or refund to apply all parts must be returned in a new, resalable and uninstalled condition, packed in the original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all components provided by the manufacturer with no damage to the goods or the product box, and no marking or labels on the box.
Please note all sales are final and refunds would not normally be given except as listed above. As a concession returns may be accepted with a “change of mind” restocking fee of 25% applying for eligible Items that are returned however only if goods are returned meeting all the conditions as specified above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was a result of our error.
Airsports Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly it is the duty of the purchaser / installer to verify to ensure they are aware of installation instructions.
Please examine all delivered packages promptly on arrival. Notify us of any discrepancies in the order on arrival and we will rectify. If you are experiencing technical issues or faults the manufacturer's warranty policy shall apply. These goods must be sent to manufacturer for evaluation for repair or replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
If a delivered package is damaged, report this immediately to Australia Post. Australia Post is responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel. Each parcel has $100.00 Australia Post insurance against loss or damage. Additional insurance is available if requested with the order. Airsports Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for goods damaged during delivery. We do register deliveries so they can be tracked.
Please ship return any goods safely packed with registered delivery. Do not write or apply labels to the original equipment/product box, send prepaid and insured to: We will refund delivery costs if the return is as a result of a product fault.
